Pet Owner's Independence Day
Today is Pet Owner’s Independence Day and this page is dedicated to all Fido and dog lovers. Pet Owner’s Independence Day is indeed a day to celebrate with your furry ones for all the love and attention they have given you.
But, what is this day about? Some of you may know the answer but for those who do not know it, then try guessing. Well, it is said that on this day, the owner stay home and their pet goes to work but I am sure dog owners will not want this task from their dog besides it is totally impossible for your canine to be working.
Pets are like babies to us. They are so cute, adorable and fun to have them around us. They do not talk back or argue with you but they are eagerly to please you as often as they can. Imagine the excitement you get from them when you come back home from work. They will be wagging their tail non stop, licking and kissing you all over.
When you are planning your travel with your pet, make sure that you bring along some of their essential items with you like their food and water bowls, toys and towels. One good tip to remember when you are planning to travel with your pet is to pack some peppermint oil with you for you do not want your pet to go dehydrated. Some pets will not drink water that they are not accustomed to. It will be a good practice to try this tip out a few days prior to your traveling. Add one or two drops of 100 percent PURE peppermint essential oil in your dog’s water bowl. So when the time comes for your traveling, you can be sure that you have brought along a little bit of home with you for your four legged one. This will help them feel the sense of home intact. Peppermint oil has an added benefit for keeping your little doggy belly butterflies at bay. It can also help keep their breath smelling good for the journey.
Do this for your furry ones and you can be sure to have a wonderful and fun traveling companion. Your bundle of joy will woof and woof at you for being such an awesome owner.
Happy Pet Owner’s Independence Day!
